Shaklee Get Clean™ Starter Kit

Danielle, a ChicMom & ChicBabe blog reader who is also a Natural Childbirth Educator and Stroller Strides Fitness Instructor. Highly recommends that every mother make herself aware of the impact of cleaning products on the environment and on the health of our children. She recommended Shaklee products. According to the corporate website,as early as 1960, Shaklee made one of the first biodegradable household cleaners ever. And they were the first company in the world to obtain Climate Neutral™ certification and totally offset their CO2 emissions, resulting in a net zero impact on the environment. When you purchase the Get Clean Starter Kit you also make a positive impact on the planet:
* Eliminate 108 pounds of packaging waste from landfills.
* Eliminate 248 pounds of greenhouse gas.

Caldrea Surface Wipes

I love the smell of the Caldrea Sweet Pea Surface Cleaner and Wipes. This product is perfect for cleaning the nursery. It contains a plant based surfactant and baking soda to remove odors, so it is not harsh on the environment but is still a great cleaner. The wipes are actually fully biodegradable and can be flushed. They are a bit pricier than other products but a little bit goes a long way.The same cleaning product is also available in spray form.
